2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account.
3. The Eatwaze service
Eatwaze provides a platform that helps users discover food and place orders with participating restaurants and service providers. Availability, menus, prices, preparation, delivery estimates, and service areas may change.
4. Orders and payments
You agree to pay all prices, taxes, fees, and other charges shown before confirming an order. An order may be rejected or cancelled when fulfilment is not possible.
5. User conduct
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, violate another person’s rights, use the service unlawfully, or engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
6. Content and intellectual property
Eatwaze and its licensors retain rights in the service, brand, software, design, and related content. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
7. Third-party services
Restaurants, delivery providers, payment processors, and other third parties may provide parts of the ordering experience. Their separate terms may apply.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, the service is misused, security is at risk, or required by law.
